Sometimes the best way to get new information or plan changes is to incorporate new knowledge slowly, over a period of time, with personal support.  That's why Ed carries a limited number of coaching clients, many of whom meet him through a group session, speech or seminar.  Ed's approach to coaching is very specific, short term, and data-oriented, with the expectation that coaching clients will do their own implementation after the plan is set.

Group Harmonics also has affiliations with a number of certified coaches who are more traditionally career, life, or developmentally focused.  These are certified individuals with extremely high levels of coaching skill, and a passion for helping the client to reach his or her own goals.
